The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer. As an Independent Business Operator, you will be responsible for building your own business through our large membership base.
You will be supported by our national network and will have the opportunity to deliver personal training to members on an as-needs basis.
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality personal training services to members
- Build and maintain relationships with members and colleagues
- Contribute to the growth and development of our fitness community
- Meet sales and revenue targets
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
- Current fitness registration with AusActive Australia or Physical Activity Australia
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
