Job Summary
A talented Senior Project Manager is required to lead and coordinate all participants on a landmark education project. The successful candidate will utilize their strong stakeholder and project management skills to ensure expectations are understood, program and design developed, key milestones met, and delivery targets achieved.

">About the Project

The project is a $120M education project located just outside the Brisbane CBD. The project is in its early stages and has a strong experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all participants on the project
  • Ensure expectations are understood and agreed
  • Develop and closely monitor program and design
  • Maintain focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
  • Strong programming, financial management, and project delivery experience with tier one or two builders
  • Previous experience delivering commercial/health projects
