Job Description

At Platypus Shoes, we're gearing up for a festive season like no other As a Christmas Casual, you'll be the face of our busiest and most fun time of year. Your energy, good vibes, and can-do attitude will make every customer's experience unforgettable.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you'll fit right in.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating an exceptional experience for every customer - making it memorable
  • Supporting your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keeping stock moving – receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves full
  • Picking and packing click & dispatch orders
  • Keeping the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bringing good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025 , including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is great, but not a must
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
