Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Expert to play a key role in delivering high-quality services and solutions that drive business growth across the enterprise.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in successfully implementing complex projects, and knowledge of financial lending products and processes, specifically related to collateral securities and credit risk management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose among team members towards achieving project goals.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including task delegation, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution, to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and best practice implementation to enhance project delivery capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experienced project manager with extensive delivery experience in successfully implementing complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial lending products and processes, specifically related to collateral securities and credit risk management (retail and wholesale).
- Exceptional people skills with proven experience in mobilizing resources across multifunctional teams, as well as demonstrated skills in managing and influencing stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
