Dedicated Community Services Professional Wanted

Our team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality programs and services in the community.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and reporting requirements of our Community Services Programs. You will supervise, support, and develop a team of coordinators and frontline staff to deliver on strategic and contractual goals.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring productive relationships with funding bodies, sector partners, and key community stakeholders, identifying and pursuing opportunities for service innovation, growth, and funding diversification, and implementing initiatives that address emerging needs in the communities we serve.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a relevant qualification in relevant fields such as Community Services, Project Management, or similar and relevant experience in a comparable role. You should be passionate about supporting people by providing quality care, have a sound understanding of the current regulations of the Commissioning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Programs, and excellent team management, communication, and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
