Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining, report design, and data visualization. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Oracle Database, and Alteryx.
  • Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Translate data insights into clear and concise stories to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain robust testing and analysis processes to ensure data trustworthiness.
  • Enhance Data Quality and Integrity within Allianz Partners systems.
  • Manage and administer data marts, Azure databases, and database administration tasks.
  • Continued development of technical and systems knowledge, business and insurance understanding, and support of other team members.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of PowerBI, Oracle Database, Alteryx, Celonis, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
