Salary: We offer an award rate of $ per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometres, and a phone allowance, ensuring you're compensated fairly for your hard work.

Job Description: As a Home Care Worker, your day will be filled with various tasks designed to support our customers' independence and well-being. These may include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to ensure our customers receive nutritious food
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping them stay connected and engaged
  • Providing personal care, including getting them up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, and offering respite and emotional support
  • Facilitating complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential part of this role
  • The ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
