About the Role:

We are seeking experienced voice pickers to join our team in a challenging and dynamic environment. As a voice picker, you will be responsible for safely operating an electric pallet jack and demonstrating a sound understanding of workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of electric pallet jack
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Competent level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Initiative to make a contribution to the business

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the warehousing industry
  • Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack (EPJ)
  • Previous experience working in cold storage or ambient environment
  • Experience with voice picking is preferable but not essential
  • Physically fit and able to meet KPI targets
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong reliable work history
  • 2 x work-related referees
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays during the busy periods
  • Must have a current driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
