In this key position, you will provide critical financial analysis and insights to drive the Commercial Strategic Agenda, supporting the Operations & Commercial Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop commercial business plans aligned with the strategic plan, detailing return on investment metrics that meet Wesfarmers' investment criteria.
- Analyse product and customer profitability, as well as financial data, to identify business strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Work across divisions and cross-functional teams to understand internal processes and factors in the customer journey.
- Provide high-quality, timely, and accurate financial, commercial, and statistical information to key stakeholders to ensure they understand performance and future trends.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced finance or analytics function, preferably in the retail industry.
- Tertiary qualification in commerce or business.
- CPA / CA qualified or equivalent.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
