As a Commercial Property Manager at Healthpeak, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare purchase orders and service agreements.
  2. Maintain up-to-date data including tenant contact information, building records, lease file information, Fire Evacuation Plans, and Tenant Handbooks.
  3. Coordinate tenant survey process, including annual action plan implementation.
  4. Maximize recoverable income on a property-by-property basis.
