Crushing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role. The Crushing and Screening Technician will be responsible for specialising in crusher maintenance and fault finding, working as part of a specialist team.

• Maintenance Excellence: Identify and report repairs and maintenance items, optimise mobile equipment to achieve low running costs and conforming materials.
• Machinery Optimisation: Conduct machine troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Compliance and Safety Management: Ensure safety and compliance documentation is completed and reported.
• Rural Workforce Deployment: Work out of camps in semi remote sites.
• Equipment Performance Enhancement: Conduct routine liner and screen changes as required.
• Knowledge Sharing and Development: Participate in daily toolbox talks and develop a thorough understanding of WHS policies and procedures. Carry out onsite training to quarry teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require a high drive and work ethic, well organised with good leadership qualities. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
