This role is primarily focused on learning and teaching, with responsibilities in subject delivery, academic leadership, and student support.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning Facilitator & Course Coordinator who can lead our Diploma of Counselling and Community Services program.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with a team, and have a strong commitment to education.
A postgraduate qualification (Master's or Doctoral) in Counselling or a related discipline is essential for this role. Higher education teaching experience, with demonstrated excellence in both online and face-to-face delivery, is also required.
You will be responsible for coordinating the quality delivery of the program and contributing to ongoing course improvements, validation, and moderation processes.
