About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our theatre department at Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 72 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Our facilities encompass 84 beds, 7 operating theatres, 1 endoscopy suite, 1 cardiac catheterisation lab, a 10 bed Intensive Care Unit and a Day Surgery Unit. You will have opportunities to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as a scrub/scout nurse is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
