Enterprise Account Leadership Role

Job Description
In this key role, you will lead the enterprise component of the Major Account Sales team in the Northern Region of Australia, including New South Wales and Queensland.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing client and go-to-market strategies focused on growing the enterprise segment markets.
- Coach Account Managers to develop plans, achieve goals, and exceed quotas.
- Guide and motivate the major account managers to meet business objectives and ensure success of activities in the named territories.
- Represent and articulate Fortinet externally in enterprise accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners.
- Manage effective working relationships and cross-collaborate with other Pre-sales and Channel teams.
- Ensure strong pipeline and activities in sales opportunities.
- Drive new sales initiatives and new account penetration in the enterprise segment.
