Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise for the repair and replacement of hydraulic hoses, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the company's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic hose maintenance, installation, and repair. You will be responsible for responding to customer breakdown service calls, conducting on-site work at customer locations, and preparing job cards using our cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing innovative hydraulic hose repair solutions to customers with machinery or plant faults
  • Accurate data entry in our cloud-based system
  • Zero call backs on work
  • Providing suggestions to improve work as it relates to your role
