This role involves providing high-quality course materials and teaching delivery to VCE students at our Nelson Campus in Box Hill. You will be responsible for ensuring student success in Sociology and compliance with BHI requirements.
You will liaise with students, industry groups, community services providers, and employees at all levels. This position reports to the Manager Schools Unit and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Education
- Experience teaching Senior Secondary Programs in the VCE and VCE VM
- Current VIT Registration
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver logical, succinct, up-to-date, and engaging course materials and lessons
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (e.g., Moodle)
- Ability to develop complex documents that comply with quality standards
- High-level awareness of diverse backgrounds and emotional contexts
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
