Role Description

We're seeking a Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across the Health sector. This role will require you to travel to regional locations in NSW on a weekly basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing scoping of works
  • Managing the design, tender, and procurement process
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing construction/delivery phases
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims

Candidate Profile

To be successful, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director delivering end-to-end projects within a Consulting environment. You'll also need:

  • The ability to understand the big picture of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space or how they impact strategic objectives
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector
  • A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline
