Senior Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for data engineering and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that enable efficient access to high-quality data. You will work closely with research teams to transform experimental workflows into production-ready data pipelines that meet performance and reliability standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering concepts and technologies, including Python, Spark, and Databricks. Experience with distributed data processing and building robust data pipelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data solutions that enable efficient access to high-quality data
  • Transform experimental workflows into production-ready data pipelines
  • Collaborate with research teams to ensure smooth operations of data pipelines
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of data pipeline architectures, processes, and best practices
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Python
  • Familiarity with distributed data processing and building robust data pipelines
  • Familiarity with the use of or concepts underpinning various Data Engineering technologies and approaches
