Mental Health Service Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the transformation of our mental health services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the direction, coordination, planning, monitoring, and reporting on our mental health transformation program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to transform mental health services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee the management of multiple programs and projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program progress

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field related to mental health or healthcare
  • Significant experience working within the healthcare system (minimum 5 years)
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships
  • Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively with people with lived experience of mental health services
  • Strong performance management, data analysis, and reporting skills
