Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at the Ulan Coal Mines complex. This role offers a country-like residential lifestyle with access to facilities and conveniences of a major city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expert advice on software products and infrastructure.
  • Apply technical expertise to resolve system issues and achieve maximum uptime.
  • Work with the IT Team Leader to manage third-party service providers, vendors, and business users to deliver effective IT services.
Requirements
  • Industry qualifications (MTA/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA) are desirable.
  • Considerable experience in a similar role.
  • Able to multi-task and problem-solve.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and server technologies, Active Directory Administration, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and general networking fundamentals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
