We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in one of our dusk stores across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, your mission will be to ignite joy in every customer who walks through our doors.

Your radiant personality and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences will help us achieve our goals. From achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensuring our store's success, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the dusk vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver perfect customer experiences, leaving customers satisfied.
  • Achieve KPIs and ensure our store's success.
  • Create captivating visual merchandising displays that turn our store into a mesmerising sanctuary of style and inspiration.
  • Share your extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products with customers.
  • Keep our store visually enticing for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a harmonious work environment.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
