About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paintwork services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paintwork projects across commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for clients, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Optimize resource utilization through effective scheduling and planning, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, to support the team's operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial interior and exterior painting, with a strong understanding of coatings and finishes.
  • Exposure to building/facilities management environments, with knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Possession of a White Card and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
