The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled labourers to join our team. As a key member, you will report to a Manager and work on multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off
  • Collaborating with subcontractors
  • Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Mentoring an apprentice
  • Ensuring construction projects meet regulations and schedule requirements.

Key Attributes

The successful applicant will bring:

  • Skilled labour skills and professionalism
  • Experience in residential construction
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
