Description:

As an awnings installation assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will involve managing tools and equipment with precision, handling heavy lifting with care, and communicating effectively with customers and team members.

This role requires part-time availability and the ability to work on the road. You must also possess a valid work authorisation for Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Tools and Equipment:
    • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
    • Monitor the condition of tools and equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Heavy Lifting:
    • Handle heavy lifting with care to avoid injury to yourself or others.
    • Use proper lifting techniques to ensure safe movement of heavy objects.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless communication.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
  • Part-Time Availability:
    • Be available to work part-time hours as required by the company.
