We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dietetic care to our clients in residential aged care facilities and the local community.

• Provide person-centred dietetic care to all clients, including assessing nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans.
• Work closely with external stakeholders and Plena Healthcare colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care.
• Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes.
• Deliver educational sessions to clients, carers, and healthcare professionals on nutrition and dietetics.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to team culture, including actioning Plena Healthcare values and actively engaging with dietetics colleagues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics.
• Current DA registration.
• Ability to travel for work.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
• Australian working rights.
• Proof of Covid-19 and current flu vaccination.
