About this role:

Deliver Quality Physiotherapy Services

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will provide specialised physiotherapy services to older adults in a residential aged care setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective rehabilitation strategies and improve resident outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading service planning and development, ensuring high-quality evidence-based care tailored to the needs of aged care residents. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy
  • Extensive clinical experience in Geriatric Physiotherapy, including orthogeriatrics and residential aged care
  • Proven capability in managing complex presentations requiring advanced clinical judgement
  • Effective clinical leader and supervisor with a strong track record of leading physiotherapy services and implementing quality improvements
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a focus on delivering person-centred care
