As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our newly introduced afternoon shift. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in and monitoring daily activities, including receiving, replenishment, pick-pack, and dispatch.
  • Participating in and leading toolbox talks and team briefings.
  • Ensuring strong adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies.
  • Improving team performance through targeted training and personal development.
  • Supporting the DC Supervisor and DC Manager to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in warehouse operations, particularly in pick-packing and dispatch functions.
  • A current Forklift and High Reach license, with experience and proficiency operating both.
  • The ability to autonomously lead our afternoon shift operations.
  • Enthusiasm and self-discipline.
  • Willingness to undergo first aid qualification training (previous experience not mandatory).
