Job Description

The Cook is the heart of our restaurant operations. This role involves preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving, and weighing-in with expertise on Mexican flavours.

We are looking for someone who can utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our guests. Experience is helpful but not essential, as we are willing to coach and support the right candidate.

  • Kitchen experience is great but not necessary
  • Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to be relied upon

Available for a range of shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends, this position offers flexibility and variety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Team members should have reliable transport and full availability, including mornings, late nights, and weekends.
