Lead Guide Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Lead Guide to join our Infant Community team.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized 0-3 Montessori Diploma and possess excellent communication and written skills.

They will be a positive contributor to a diverse team of educators, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF principles.

Responsibilities include caring for 14 children aged 18 months to 3 years, working collaboratively with passionate Montessori Mentors.

Applicants who are studying towards a Montessori Diploma and nearing completion may also be considered.

We offer opportunities for professional growth through workshops, mentoring programs, and ongoing support staff.

The successful applicant will also hold an ACECQA recognized qualification in addition to their Montessori Diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for 14 children aged 18 months to 3 years
