Job Title: Operations Coordinator

PERSOLKELLY are currently looking for a proactive team member to support existing consultants with adhoc functions and manage all internal systems.

The ideal candidate will be a consultative and articulate individual always looking for the next opportunity to learn something new or help someone out. The role involves answering incoming calls, taking ownership of communication, contributing to various reporting, managing office supplies and invoicing for NSW region across 2 branches.

  • Meeting and greeting walk-ins and phone calls from reception
  • Profiling resumes and completing data entry as required
  • Coordinating with management on events and corporate spend
  • Providing continuous admin support and uploading documents according to ISO standards

We seek a candidate with a keen interest in HR or Recruitment who can propel their career forward by supporting them in fresh ways.
