Foundry Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Foundry Operative to join our team at Metso Outotec. As a Foundry Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and timely manner, adhering to company values and quality standards.
- Plan and execute daily production tasks, prioritizing tasks to meet customer delivery dates.
- Manufacture moulds, secure moulds for pouring, and pour moulds at the correct temperature.
- Clear moulds from the pouring floor, knock out sand moulds, and ensure all priority castings are delivered to the fettling shop.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in toolbox meetings to share ideas for enhancing quality and safety.
- Motivated and safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a progressive and dynamic organization.
- Desirable: Forklift Licence, Literate & Numerate.
