Job Description

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and highly motivated Peak Trade Casuals to join our friendly team. As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers
  • Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders
  • Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store
