Role Description
We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Darwin. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary healthcare services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general practice services, including health checks, chronic disease management, and mental health support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
Requirements
- Current specialist or general registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fellow of RACGP or ACCRM
- 2-5 years Australian experience in general practice
