An exceptional opportunity exists for a talented Corporate Advisory lawyer to join our Perth team. With a strong track record in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and/or Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) experience, you will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collegiate team.
Requirements:- Experience: 2+ years PQE, trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm, and exposed to a range of transactions, including significant transactions
- Knowledge and exposure to M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB
- High attention to detail, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as a key member of a collegiate team
- Market leading salaries and career development opportunities
Average salary in Australia for this role is around $170,000-$250,000 per annum. We encourage candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions to apply.
