Service Manager Leader

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our team in Muswellbrook, NSW. As a key member of our dealership group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage warranty claims, and optimize profitability through effective KPI management.
- Collaborate with sales departments to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop all team members to build an effective and efficient team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication and alignment with departmental goals.
- Liaise and assist sales teams to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Generate and close job cards, maintain WIP reports, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage warranty claims efficiently, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor and control workshop inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a positive and productive workspace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive departmental KPIs, holding team members accountable for results and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and align with company objectives.
- Analyze financial reports, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to minimize internal costs.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role or extensive experience in a Service Manager position with a proven sales record, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Current and valid driver's Class C license.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to contribute to a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and mutual respect.
- Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry, with a focus on workshop operations and management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to profile guest needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- A competitive salary package of $100,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation and commission.
