Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of musicians to deliver engaging music experiences at our 5:30pm service.
About the Role
- Plan and arrange weekly music for our 5:30pm service, considering themes and seasonal relevance.
- Develop and lead a talented team of musicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate with other church leaders to ensure seamless integration of music into our worship services.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct musical performances for the 5:30pm service each week.
- Develop and implement strategies for building a strong team of musicians, including recruitment, training, and retention.
- Work closely with other church staff to integrate music into our overall worship experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading and developing musical teams in a similar context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
