Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Laser Clinics Australia - Albury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centric Services: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic-grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a supportive team of passionate professionals who share your passion for skin and beauty.
  • Safety and Excellence: Uphold our values of safety, excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Formal Qualification: A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Professionalism: Be punctual, organised, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
  • Passion for Beauty: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
