The Role

  • As one of our first Psychologists, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health services and guiding clinical excellence across our network.
  • You'll drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys.
  • You'll establish our initial practices, patient journeys, and grow our network of mental health clinics across Australia.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
  2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress while managing scheduling, billing, and other administrative aspects of patient care.
  4. Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth.
  5. Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote services and establish connections with potential patients and local organizations.
  6. Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within an established procedural framework.

Your Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • Maintain General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
