The Role
- As one of our first Psychologists, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health services and guiding clinical excellence across our network.
- You'll drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys.
- You'll establish our initial practices, patient journeys, and grow our network of mental health clinics across Australia.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress while managing scheduling, billing, and other administrative aspects of patient care.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth.
- Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote services and establish connections with potential patients and local organizations.
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within an established procedural framework.
Your Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- Maintain General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
