Early Childhood Educator Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of young children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in early childhood education, and a passion for working with children. They will also have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification including anaphylaxis.

">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years">
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the overall performance of the centre">
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills">

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field">
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education">
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team">
