The Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our Front Office team at one of our Sydney Airport hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing night audit duties under the supervision of the Night Manager, conducting hotel security audits, and ensuring that cashiering procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling hotel transactions
  • Conduct hotel security audits to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
  • Ensure that cashiering procedures are followed, including handling cash and credit transactions
  • Roll over and balance hotel daily transactions
  • Provide quality service to all hotel guests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in night audit or reception at hotels
  • Ability to perform all front office procedures
  • Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
