About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at BaptistCare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including showering, dressing, and household cleaning
  • Assist with meal preparation and provide respite for carers
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and shops
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with complex care needs and provide emotional support
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently in the community
