Position Description:

This Registered Nurse - Grade 3-4 position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the maintenance and promotion of a safe work environment.

About the Role:

  • Practice in accordance with the NMBA codes and guidelines for registered nurses and midwives.
  • Deliver safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and promotion of a safe work environment.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan patient care needs, developing individualized care plans in consultation with the healthcare team.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring evidence-based practice and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Relevant experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
