**Family Details:**

  • Full-time position for a child aged 3 years, 5 days per week.
  • Commitment to care for the child's basic routine and develop their skills through play-based activities.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, or Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) with registration.
  • At least 3 professional references and WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid certification.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with children who have complex trauma and neurodiversity.
  • Familiarity with developmentally appropriate activities and creating weekly programs tailored to the child's interests.
  • Animal lover and comfortable caring for pets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

**Additional Information:**

  • This role will initially be full-time but may transition to half-days during school holidays.
  • The family values education and encourages learning through exploration and play.
