About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wetland Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NRM. As a key member of our Maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of our wetland projects throughout the Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance of remnant native bushland, constructed wetlands, and newly built native landscapes
  • Prepare soil, lay jute, and plant plants for construction sites
  • Work collaboratively with the site supervisors and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate effective communication
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to get dirty in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
