School Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a School Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective learning and teaching programs for students.
The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, preparation, and delivery skills, with the ability to monitor student progress and apply evidence-based interventions. They will also have expertise in supporting diverse learning needs to improve student outcomes.
As a collaborative team player, the successful candidate will work closely with specialists and coordinate intervention groups to provide targeted support to students.
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of effective learning and teaching programs for students.
- Monitor student progress and identify learning areas to provide evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Provide support and advice on supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with school specialists to organize and assist with intervention groups.
- Document observation notes, intervention programs, and assist in the collation and preparation of classroom materials.
- Strong skills in planning, preparing, and delivering effective teaching programs.
- Ability to monitor student progress and apply evidence-based interventions.
- Expertise in supporting diverse learning needs to improve student outcomes.
- Certificate III in Education Support.
