About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team in Sydney, covering multiple government sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Manager in ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage frontline employees' rosters, pays, and cleaning practices.
- Liaise with clients and employees on a regular basis.
- Conduct HSE experience in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Provide professional presentation and customer service focus.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Working knowledge of work health and safety.
Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in cleaning operations.
- Experience in supervising team members.
- Hold or be prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance.
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone.
- Must hold a driver's license.
- Exceptional communication and technology skills.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to jump in to ensure service delivery.
- Must have full-time work rights.
- Must have or be able to obtain WWC & NSW Police Clearance.
