Salary Information

As an Arboriculture Specialist or Tree Care Professional at Active Tree Services, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $27 to $31 per hour, plus superannuation. Additionally, you will be entitled to a Living Away Allowance & Travel Allowance, making your overall compensation package highly attractive.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating an Elevated Work Platform (EWP) safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining equipment and performing routine checks
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe worksite
  • Chipping vegetation and removing debris using various tools

In addition to these core duties, successful candidates will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A current drivers' license
  • A MR/HR Truck license (highly regarded)
  • An Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license (highly regarded)
  • Chainsaw operation qualification (Certificate Level 1 & 2) is desirable
  • The ability to work safely and adapt to changing situations
