We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Advisor to join our team at City of Stirling.

The Property Advisor will play a crucial role in managing the City's property portfolio, contributing to the development and implementation of the Land Asset Action Plan, Property Strategy, and Strategic Community Plan initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic plans that maximise the City's property portfolio in line with our Lands Asset Action Plan.
  • Assist with land tenure agreements and property transactions.
  • Support the implementation of property policies and management practices for the City.
  • Conduct research to enhance property projects and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
  • Provide property advice on a variety of matters to other business units.

About You:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal planning agreements and land tenure arrangements.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 7 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $96, gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.

To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide or have the ability to obtain:

  • A copy of Australian driving licence.
  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months).
  • Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance.
  • The right to work in Australia.
