Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Survey Reports to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office Business Support, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and producing survey reports for external parties as part of Markets business.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand market changes, identify areas for process improvement, and implement new/enhanced processes and controls for survey report production. You will also provide best practice advisory to other functions on designing and controlling survey report production.

If you have strong experience in trade data report compilation and design, excellent communication and presentation skills, and hands-on knowledge of banking systems like MUREX and WSS, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage and produce survey reports
  • Implement new/enhance existing process and controls for the production of survey reports
  • Provide SME best practice advisory to other functions on how to design and control survey report production


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience in trade data report compilation and design
  • Good understanding of Markets products – especially related to Bonds, FX, and Rates products
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems (e.g MUREX, WSS)
