As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service through every interaction.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and friendly communication.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.
- Assist at the counter, managing customer collections with a focus on smooth and efficient service.
